The MACHINIST TOOL “EFEM G2″ is a high-quality precision die head designed for use in lathes and mills manufactured after the Geometric in Germany. This unit is very similar to the Geometric but built to higher tolerances for precision. Because it is built exactly to the industry-standard Geometric Style D system, you do not need original German Efem dies to use it. The unit was in service when I picked it up from a precision tool and die shop. It was on a lathe turret which I bought for the other drill chucks on the turret.
