The only information on the cutter is the number 3 and 301pic. There was no identification with it. I found another on a machinist chat page and nobody was able to say who made it or when. The v-clamp holder assembly moves freely. The chuck assembly moves but you have to. Give it some oomph. It was hard to measure the chuck size. The chuck assembly is 9 across.
