For sale is a used Armstrong #401 Metal Shaper Tool Holder , in good usable condition, locks and pivots as it should. Measures approx 1-1/4″ high x 8″ long x 3/4 wide. Holds 3/8 square tool bits. Also includes another Tool Holder, seen in pics. Not sure if it is homemade. Both came from the same machinist. Please view all pics as they are part of the description.
