This is a huge, heavy, Volstro Rotary Milling Head. It weighs 46 lbs! When the handle is used, the head rotates easily on both axies. ^ There is some staining on the chuck and on the collets. No defects can be seen. ^ It comes in a nice wooden box, which has some stains from being in a working shop. There is some rust on the clasps, but very little if any on the milling head.
